AURA 2025 is a one-of-a-kind national Aerospace celebration organized by Aeroin SpaceTech Pvt. Ltd.,to celebrate NATIONAL SPACE DAY on aimed at igniting curiosity, innovation, and ambition among students passionate about space science and technology. Hosted at Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology, the event brings together schools, colleges, educators, and top minds from the space-tech industry.

Event Structure

The event structure of AURA 2025 is thoughtfully designed to deliver a full-day immersive experience. It begins with an inaugural ceremony featuring keynote addresses by leading space scientists, followed by an Aerospace Industry Leadership Conference where CEOs and founders of top aerospace companies engage in panel discussions and a fireside chat. The afternoon includes two parallel tracks: a Project Pitching Competition for students to present their aerospace innovations, and a Skill-Building Workshop focused on thrust vector control system simulation, led by Aeroin engineers. Throughout the day, an Institutional Collaboration Zone facilitates partnerships and MoU signings between academic institutions and industry. The day concludes with a closing ceremony recognizing project winners, workshop participants, and volunteers.

Inaugural Ceremony

Welcome Address by the host institution’s representative.
Opening Remarks from the Aeroin SpaceTech Pvt. Ltd. leadership.
Distinguished Guests Keynote Address: A powerful and inspiring talk/discussion by leading Indian space scientists, focusing on “India’s advancements in aerospace and the importance of youth-driven innovation.”

Aerospace Industry Leadership Conference

(11:15 AM – 12:30 PM IST)

A thought-leadership panel featuring:
CEOs and Founders from top Indian aerospace and space-tech companies.
Expert discussions on “Charting the Future of Aerospace: Innovation, Sustainability & Global Collaboration.”
An exclusive Fireside Chat featuring CEOs, focused on the outlined theme.
Interactive Q&A Session for student engagement and mentorship.
Participants will receive official certificates of participation.

Project Pitching Competition

(02:00 PM – 04:30 PM IST)

A high-impact platform for students to pitch innovative aerospace-related projects.
Live pitching sessions evaluated by a distinguished jury of industry experts, founders, and technologists.
Final-years / college students are invited to present their aerospace project ideas to gain visibility and industry insights.
Project themes: Propulsion systems, Aerodynamics & flight control, Aerospace structures & materials, Control systems & avionics, Orbital mechanics & space dynamics.
The top 3 projects will be awarded certificates by the Chief Guests, along with special recognition and exclusive mentorship opportunities.

Skill-Building Workshop

(02:00 PM – 04:30 PM IST)

An intensive, hands-on session designed to teach core aerospace skills. Led by experienced engineers and educators from Aeroin SpaceTech Pvt. Ltd., participants will gain direct exposure to tools and technologies shaping the industry.
Workshop Title: Modelling and simulation of thrust vector control systems in aerospace vehicles.
Participants will be awarded with certificate of excellence.

Institutional Collaboration Zone

(10:00 AM – 04:00 PM IST)

Dedicated collaboration stalls will be set up to collaborate with schools, colleges, and academic partners.
Leading aerospace companies will be setting up exhibition stalls to showcase their innovations and promote their brand.
MoU signings for future partnerships in training programs, research projects, and club-based learning initiatives.
Representatives from Aeroin SpaceTech Pvt. Ltd., will facilitate direct engagement with institutional delegates and education leaders.
